We use temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping methods for perishable items to ensure your treats arrive in perfect, bakery-fresh condition.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
How long will my Carian's treats stay fresh?
Most of our chocolates and confections have a shelf life of 3-6 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Specific 'Best By' dates are printed on each individual package.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a custom message at the checkout screen, which we will hand-write or print on a premium gift card to include in the box.

We currently ship throughout the continental United States and Canada. International shipping options are available for non-perishable gift sets upon request.
